Overview

Step2Wellbeing was established in 2017, with the ethos of viewing the patient holistically and providing care that is tailored to individual needs. The health issues we experience and our responses to treatments vary greatly. Therefore, effective and holistic treatment requires an open mind and a varied skill set.

With a variety of massage therapies available, along with acupuncture and herbal medicine, Step2Wellbeing offers an adaptable and effective way to get the most benefit from a multidisciplinary approach.
